General Terms

Ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, Beach House concert organizers have implemented comprehensive policies governing bag restrictions, intoxication warnings, and other general terms aimed at promoting a secure and enjoyable concert experience for everyone in attendance.

Refund Policy

Tickets shall be deemed non-refundable unless the occurrence of the event is prevented or cancelled, in which case the purchaser shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined by the organizer.

Cancellation Policy

In the chance of a complete cancellation of the event, the purchasers shall be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. However, should the show be postponed to a later date, the tickets shall remain valid and applicable to the rescheduled date, and no refund shall be issued.

Item Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-transferrable.
Age Restriction
Must be 21 years of age or older to enter. U.S. residents must bring a state or federal issued ID. Foreign residents must have a passport book. (Passport cards and Military ID's are not acceptable forms of ID).
Miscellaneous Policies
To ensure your satisfaction, Beach House is not responsible for any tickets purchased from a third-party vendor, an individual, or any other platform. This platform is the official and only legitimate ticketing source for the upcoming event. Beach House cannot guarantee the validity or authenticity of any tickets purchased from any other source, and therefore, cannot be held liable for any issues arising from such purchases.
