Ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, Beach House concert organizers have implemented comprehensive policies governing bag restrictions, intoxication warnings, and other general terms aimed at promoting a secure and enjoyable concert experience for everyone in attendance.

Refund Policy

Tickets shall be deemed non-refundable unless the occurrence of the event is prevented or cancelled, in which case the purchaser shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined by the organizer.

Cancellation Policy

In the chance of a complete cancellation of the event, the purchasers shall be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. However, should the show be postponed to a later date, the tickets shall remain valid and applicable to the rescheduled date, and no refund shall be issued.

Item Transfer PolicyTickets are non-transferrable.
Age RestrictionMust be 21 years of age or older to enter. U.S. residents must bring a state or federal issued ID. Foreign residents must have a passport book. (Passport cards and Military ID's are not acceptable forms of ID).
